Biography
Freddie Joe "Jack" BriscoĀ was anĀ AmericanĀ professional wrestler. He performed for variousĀ territoriesĀ of theĀ National Wrestling AllianceĀ (NWA), becoming a two-timeĀ NWA World Heavyweight Champion, and multi-timeĀ NWA Tag Team ChampionĀ with his brotherĀ Gerald Brisco. Brisco is considered one of the top wrestlers of his era; in 2005,Ā Don Leo JonathanĀ called him "probably the greatest champion of the 20th century." In the late 1970s, the Brisco brothers discoveredĀ Terry Bollea, the future wrestling legend best known as Hulk Hogan, whom they introduced toĀ Hiro MatsudaĀ for training.
