Jack O'ConnellĀ (born 1 August 1990) is an English actor. He first gained recognition for playingĀ James CookĀ in the British television seriesĀ SkinsĀ (2009ā2010, 2013). He is also known for his roles inĀ This Is EnglandĀ (2006), the slasher filmĀ Eden LakeĀ (2008), the television dramasĀ DiveĀ (2010) andĀ Ā UnitedĀ (2011), and theĀ NetflixĀ Wild WestĀ miniseriesĀ GodlessĀ (2017), for which he received aĀ Critics' Choice Television AwardĀ nomination.
