Shieldmaiden

Overview

Shield-Maiden Ragnhild returns home from battle. Her father, the king, has been killed and she has his killer, Arvid, with her back. She must now take her father's place as king. The king's brother, Njord, does not believe that a woman can lead. He tries to kill her, but she is saved by her father's killer.
