Walter Kirney

Walter Kirney is an American professional wrestler better known by his ring name, Federico Palacios. He competes primarily on the American independent circuit in promotions such as the Ring of Honor, Jersey All Pro Wrestling. On June 23, 2011, Kirney made an appearance on Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Impact Wrestling television show, working under the ring name Federico Paladios, competing with Dakota Darsow and Zema Ion in a three–way X Division match.
