Among many television and movie roles, she is best known for playing Judy Brooks on theĀ ABCĀ television dramaĀ Once and Again,Ā Judith Harper-MelnickĀ on the CBS sitcomĀ Two and a Half Men, and Rose Weissman on the comedy-drama seriesĀ The Marvelous Mrs. MaiselĀ onĀ Amazon Prime Video. For her role inĀ The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Hinkle was nominated for theĀ Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy SeriesĀ in 2019 and 2020.
