He is known for his roles as baseball player Pedro Cerrano in theĀ Major LeagueĀ film trilogy, Secret Service agentĀ Tim CollinĀ in the political thriller filmĀ Absolute Power, Sergeant Major Jonas Blane on the CBS military action drama seriesĀ The Unit,Ā GodĀ on the Netflix showĀ Lucifer, and PresidentĀ David PalmerĀ on the first five seasons ofĀ 24.
